I bought this yesterday as a birthday gift for myself. I was amazed with the size of the camera. I have large hands and it fits snugly in my palm. I am not a tech guru, but I can say it is easy to use and it produces an excellent image. Great value as well. It simply works great!

Inexpensive; Compact; Easy to use; Exceeded expectations

I have had this camcorder for about 2 years and it has always performed flawlessly. I've had other digital camcorders that did not hold up nearly as well. Even after 2 years, the battery still holds a good charge and lasts a long time.

Having not updated my video equipment since HD and recording to cards was the norm. I wanted something that was simple to use. This camera certainly fulfills my basic requirements, with a decent optical zoom. plus intelligent functionality. My only criticism is the small battery that is supplied.

If your looking for an inexpensive that will provide full HD quality video, this camera is a great buy!

Great camera for simple video in HD. Also, great price! Don't need to be a videographer. Can edit in Movie Maker or other simple editing software. Highly recommend if doing amateur video recording.

great quality pictures that are much better than my Sony 20MP bridge camera. easy to use, and has some great features. I've bought some extra slightly larger batteries for it but the originals last OK. Don't forget to use a good quality class10 SD card for fast file transfers.

As this was my first handycam, i was excited to use it. Altogether it was the perfect one i was looking for. it had good video quality for both indoor and outdoor rec. The 1080/60p AVCHD format enabled good clarity. The quality of the pictures are also decent for outdoor.
