The Oster blenders are built to last. The Oster Fusion blender is not an exception to the rule. This has been a great blender for us. We use our blender for a variety of things so this has been really handy and practical for just about anything.

Purchased this item on 2/8/2018. Today (40 days later) this product no longer works - it leaks and does not blend ingredients. I would highly recommend NOT purchasing this item.
I tried making a shake and some margaritas using my manual method (crush ice, let sit, crush again, etc) but wound up with too many chunks of ice. However, then tried it on Oster's pre-programmed setting for shakes and it came out perfect. If it continues to perform like this, it's a keeper.
At this time, I can not recommend the Oster Fusion. I can not get the unit stable enough to function properly and safely.
