It took a bit of tweaking to get it set up (mostly user error), however, once we got it the picture has been great. So much detail. Much improved over our older Epson. Make sure you've got the right mount and screws to go along with it as we had to order new ones.
There's no question that 4K is quickly becoming the standard resolution for entertainment and gaming. With more streaming content and gaming available in 4K UHD and 4K televisions coming down in price, more homes are adopting the technology.
Crisp; vibrant picture; Smooth playback for movies and gaming; Quiet fan operation; Reasonably priced; HDR support
Odd occasional source issue; Not widely available for purchase
OPTOMA UHD65 HOME THEATER PROJECTOR REVIEW – SUMMARY: General thoughts, Performance – Everything but 4K, Performance – 4K, HDR vs Non-HDR

Developed a hot pixel in the middle right. Contacted Optoma but warranty requires shipment back - which from Canada runs about $70 for such a heavy item, the packaging requirements, and tracking.
