OnePlus 9 Pro review

The OnePlus 9 Pro offers phenomenal performance, a vastly superior camera to the brand’s previous smartphones, and a variety of top-end features that make this a serious contender for anyone who’s in the market for a premium Android handset. It won’t be for everyone though as the price is high for this smartphone.

The best OnePlus camera phone; Great power; Premium design;

High price; No microSD support; Middling battery life

OnePlus 9 Pro smartphone review: High-end phone charges twice as fast

To the top with a cult camera? The OnePlus 9 Pro is comparatively inexpensive for a high-end phone in 2021, but it still aims to impress with a lot of features and a great screen. Does the new cooperation with Hasselblad also improve the camera quality?

The Chinese manufacturer offers the OnePlus 9 Pro at a very competitive price of 899 Euros (~$1,055)...

up-to-date and smooth software; stylish and stable case; accurate positioning; good battery life; very fast charging; 4K videos at 120 fps possible; high performance;

usually a maximum of 60 fps in games; noticeable throttling under prolonged load; microphone tends to drone with loud voices; display with slow response times and low contrast; no eSIM;

OnePlus 9 Pro review: The most dependable smartphone you can buy

The OnePlus 8 Pro launched in April 2020, and is only now being replaced by the OnePlus 9 Pro. A year in OnePlus world is an absolute age, as the company has usually released a refreshed “T” model six months into a model’s life span. But that’s not the case with the 8 Pro. All this extra time should mean that the OnePlus 9 Pro is something really special, right? It’s the first OnePlus phone released in partnership with super-expensive camera brand Hasselblad, which has lent its expertise to the OnePlus 9 Pro’s camera, and that certainly sounds special. But otherwise, the OnePlus 9 Pro looks to be as dependable as we expect from OnePlus, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but can being dependable also be exciting? Let’s get into more detail. If you’re interested in the OnePlus 9, which is cheaper but not as technically capable as the 9 Pro, read our in-depth review. Less sharp-edged, considerably shinier, and more than a little weightier, the OnePlus 9 Pro has a very different look an...

All the power you could want; A stunning screen; Very fast wired and wireless charging; Reliable, smooth, and quick software;

Hasselblad involvement isn't that noticeable; At $969, it faces serious flagship competition;

OnePlus 9 Pro Dual SIM 5G (12GB RAM, 256GB, Pine Green) - BRAND NEW review

The other factor to your buying decision is, do you need the “Pro” version of the phone. Well, I have the standard OnePlus 9 5G and I will be posting my experiences of using that soon to see if the missing elements make a big difference. so check that out on the site soon.

OnePlus 9 Pro Dual SIM 5G (12GB RAM, 256GB, Pine Green) - BRAND NEW review

The OnePlus 9 Pro is a smartphone with a big, brilliant display and a high powered set of cameras. OnePlus 9 Pro is one of two devices, the other also called OnePlus 9 (without the Pro), with a price that’s over $200 different – with specs to match.

Brilliant professional display, Elegant industrial design, Extraordinary Hassleblad camera array, Decent stereo speaker system, Out-performs launch price

Punch hole display for front-facing camera, Glass front and back demands protective case

OnePlus 9 Pro Dual SIM 5G (12GB RAM, 256GB, Pine Green) - BRAND NEW review

Last year’s OnePlus 8 Pro was a departure for the company. It marked a more expensive, more premium phone than previous OP (OnePlus) models. The 9 Pro is an expansion of this philosophy, packing better cameras and more high-end features than ever before.

Crazy fast, Big, beautiful display, The best cameras ever in a OnePlus phone, Stupid-fast charging (wired and wireless)

The telephoto lens isn't great, Battery life is hit and miss, Fast wireless charger is a costly add-on

OnePlus 9 Pro Dual SIM 5G (12GB RAM, 256GB, Pine Green) - BRAND NEW review

On my 5th day with this awesome piece of technology. I had a 6T before and was very happy with it. But it was time. The features on this phone are incredible. The 120 HZ display is so awesome. There's no delay at all and watching movies or music videos everything seems to be pretty much instant.

OnePlus 9 Pro Dual SIM 5G (12GB RAM, 256GB, Pine Green) - BRAND NEW review

OnePlus just can't catch a break these days — and it's pretty much the company's own fault. Right on the heels of a praiseworthy update commitment extension that had us excited to increase our review score, news drops that OnePlus has been throttling some of the most popular apps to better manage...

Screen Smooth, bright, accurate colors, and generally uniform — it's a good display., Updates OnePlus extended its update promise to three years of OS upgrades and four years of security patches, making it one of the category-leading options., Speed Among the fastest phones you can buy right now.

Update quality The company has a dubious record for prompt OS updates with a history of buggy releases and an inconsistent release cycle at times. And sometimes those updates reduce...

OnePlus 9 Pro Dual SIM 5G (12GB RAM, 256GB, Pine Green) - BRAND NEW review

The OnePlus 9 Pro is a good phone with an awesome 120Hz display and smooth performance overall. But it’s let down but it’s Hasselblad Camera.

Great 120Hz display, Good cameras (mostly), Smooth performance, Good battery life, Slightly cheaper than the OnePlus 8 Pro, Fast 50W wireless charging and 65W wired charging

Hasselblad branding doesn’t add much to the camera experience, The phone gets very warm when shooting high-quality video, Photos take a long to process and can turn out blurry, Low fingerprint reader placement
