Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus has built a reputation for delivering flagship tier features at wallet-friendly prices, giving the likes of Apple and Samsung a run for their money.

OnePlus promises value, not winning performance. The OnePlus 7 Pro has high-end specs that make it work like a premium device. It also has a design and build that compete among the best. The company had to cut corners somewhere.

WoW! This was a nice surprise. Didn't think I would get any wow feeling when I left the LG G7 which is a very good handset with awesome screen. I was wrong ... My God what a mobile, the screen is the best I have seen all categories, absolutely stunning picture.

The phone handles like a charm, the pop out camera is a neat feature. Overall the phone is really good although the camera and fingerprint scanner are a bit rough around the edges.

OnePlus has grown up. The smartphone maker who, over several years and smartphone releases, is no longer settling. At least that's the impression I'm left with after using the OnePlus 7 Pro.
