OnePlus 7 Pro review: proof that other big phones cost too much

Lots of companies make big phones, but in the US only two companies have sold the best big phones: Apple and Samsung. If you want a phone with a huge, near perfect screen, top-end performance, and great build quality, those were your choices.

Amazing screen; Great battery life; Nice Android customizations

Camera is good; but not stellar; Heavy; may be too big for some; No wireless charging or IP rating for water resistance

OnePlus 7 Pro

OnePlus packed its latest flagship phone, the OnePlus 7 Pro , with pretty much every trendy phone feature we've seen in the last year or so. And there's good reason for it. Phones nowadays are constantly one-upping each other with pop-up selfie cameras, in-display fingerprint sensors and multiple...

The OnePlus 7 Pro is fast; has a neat pop-up camera and its triple rear cameras take fantastic pictures -- all at $80 less than its closest Samsung and iPhone rivals

OnePlus' new phone is heavy and isn't rated for water resistance; It lacks wireless charging and a headphone jack

OnePlus 7 Pro Review: A hero phone with a price to match

Despite the price being highest at the outset, the OnePlus 7 Pro might well be the company's best value proposition yet. The company is no longer one hell-bent on selling a phone that's shockingly inexpensive.

Industrial design is fantastic; OLED display is amongst best ever; Display uninterrupted by cameras/sensors; Dual Dolby speakers are loud and clear; Rear cameras are highly decent

In-screen fingerprint reader is finicky; No waterproofing/dustproofing; No headphone jack; Not cheap (also a good thing

OnePlus 7 Pro review: an almost unbeatable overall package

Should the premium smartphone aficionado now prefer a OnePlus 7 Pro to a Samsung Galaxy S10+ or a Huawei P30 Pro Above all, OnePlus worked on the camera software for the 7 Pro and is catching up in big steps.

Excellent display with 90 Hertz; Rapid performance; Top processer; Very fast charging technology; Attractive price; Fast operating system

Face Unlock is slow; Very large and heavy smartphone; No IP certification

If you're in the market for a big, new phone, it's impossible to find better value than the OnePlus 7 Pro. The gorgeous screen, killer speed, and notchless design make for a powerful, luxurious smartphone experience.

Great value for money; Fastest Android phone available; Smooth software; Notchless screen; Lots of camera options

Camera photos are slightly undersaturated; No 802.11ax Wi-Fi; Still no headphone jack
