Overall, it's a good remote. It took a while to synch up with the TV, as the code we needed wasn't in the book. I had to call the company to get the pairing code. The remote works overall now - it just doesn't give us the EPG on the TV. This was bought for my 91 year old mother, because the buttons were big and clear for her - which was a plus.

I purchased these remotes for my elderly mother and I have now set them up for her. But what people should be aware of is if their TV is not one of the 10 known brands listed then a special code must be used for it to function. My mother owns a good guys branded TV (GVA). I contacted the salesperson from good guys and he was very helpful and informed me that I needed to contact Oneforall to obtain a special code relating to the tv's serial number. I did just that and the person from Oneforall was very condescending and rude telling me that I hadn't fully read all of the booklets and that it would be found therein. I at first believed he was not going to give it to me so after asking him he reluctantly did. I was only following instructions given to me by the good guys salesperson. I hope I never have to deal with Oneforall again.

This remote does not work on a linseer

Only the volume button has been inserted upside down, so it's a bit annoying!
