Olympus E-PL5
The Olympus E-PL5 packs serious photographic power into a small package -- thanks in large part to the 16-megapixel Live MOS sensor it borrows from the company's acclaimed OM-D E-M5. The image quality produced by a compact system camera at this price point is simply astounding.

Like many cameras in this class, the E-PL5 lacks a built-in flash, but it's packaged with a neat little add-on unit which syncs via an ISO-standard hotshoe, although you obviously can't have both this and an EVF on the camera at the same time… not likely to be a massive hardship in the general...
