- Durable
- weather-sealed body keeps out moisture and dust
- Sensor is improved

Olympus OM-D EM-5 Digital DSLR Camera Review
There's quite a lot to like about the OM-D EM-5. If I had to mention something negative, it would be the small buttons although they do allow for a larger screen so it's really more of a positive trade off than a minor gripe.
Olympus OM-D E-M5
The Olympus OM-D E-M5 is the company's latest enthusiast-level Micro Four Thirds interchangeable lens compact system camera. Taking its design cues from the company's esteemed 35mm ‘OM' SLR range, the EM-5 is the first and, for now at least, flagship model in a new 'OM-D' interchangeable lens...- Super-fast AF and excellent image quality
- Lots of features and user customisation
- Easy to use and solid build quality
- Good quality EVF and tiltable screen
- Neck strap can get in the way
- Plastic buttons feel a bit cheap
Review: Olympus OM-D E-M5
The latest micro four-thirds camera from Olympus is clearly designed to appeal to all those hoary, wizened photographers who long for the good ol' days. Olympus' new digital OM series is modeled after the company's original, beloved OM film cameras from the 1970s.- Compact, relatively light magnesium body
- Both the body and the 12-50mm kit lens are weather-sealed
- Fun, creative art filters for in-camera experimentation
- A wide array of available lenses
- Super-comfortable and almost-indispensable grip attachment
- No built-in pop-up flash
- Can't change exposure settings while shooting video
- Shallow eye cup diminishes the EVF's effectiveness in bright outdoor situations

Olympus OM-D E-M5 review
Olympus has been a leader in the Compact System Camera revolution, and the OM-D E-M5 will solidify that position. It is a good-looking, well-designed, highly capable camera. I recommend the 12-50 mm zoom lens with the body, which currently lists for £1,149 for the kit.
[REVIEW-OLYMPUS OMD E-M5]
This is a 16 megapixel micro four thirds camera in a body reminiscent of Olympus OM 35mm SLRs, but a little smaller. The high resolution electronic viewfinder is built into the classic SLR hump. The LCD swivels vertically but not horizontally, so it is useful for waist- and low-level photography.
