Lens does not work and Amazon will not provide product support or warranty info
The lens is stuck. It feels like it is locked, yet the release button doesn't release it. It will not turn, and will not function. I came to Amazon to ask for product support and find warranty information, as it should still be under the manufacturer's warranty.

Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 9-18mm f/4-5.6 ED - Review / Test Report
The build quality is pretty good for a retractable lens. In its transport position the lens feels tight and solid thanks to high quality plastics. You've to move the lens to its working position prior to being able to taking pictures - this is as easy as simply zooming from the transport position to...

Olympus M. Zuiko Digital ED 9-18mm 1:4-5.6 review
Olympus's ultrawide zoom for Micro Four Thirds offers impressive image quality plus fast and silent autofocus, in a tiny package that makes it easily the smallest lens of its type.
Pros:
- Photographers looking for ultra-wideangle capability in the smallest possible package
Cons:
- Users demanding the widest angle coverage possible

The Zuiko Digital ED 9-18mm 1:4-5.6 is without doubt a very good lens indeed, especially for a relatively inexpensive ultra-wideangle zoom. It's sharp even wide open, has negligible distortion, and shows practically no vignetting.

- Extremely low distortion
- Essentially no falloff/vigmetting
- Small and lightweight
Cons:
- Moderate chromatic aberration (although not excessive for an ultra-wide

Great lens for the price
I purchased this lens to round out my selection of lenses. For the value, this lens has provided me a great option for those situation where a wide angle lens is needed to capture that image and include the background or to capture that up close image yet

bit of a specialty lens
Very nice and compact wide-angle, but the price, moderate f-stop and focus distance limits this to specialty users who need wide-angle for scenery or architectural shots outdoor during the day.
Pros:
- Easily Interchangeable
- Fast / accurate auto-focus
- Strong Construction
Cons:
- Poor in Low Light

The Zuiko 9-18mm provides dramatic ultra-wide angle performance at an affordable price. The lens is compact, light and seems sturdy. Images are sharp with vivid colors.
Pros:
- Great at capturing wide angle images, landscapes, and even portraits with somewhat unusual angles
- It is very lightweight and portable and works well with the E-520
Cons:
- Perhaps not quite as sharp as some of the higher end lenses but more than acceptable for the price
- Images tend to show barrell distortion at the widest angle
- Sometimes difficult to use with a flash indoors at the widest end as shadows caused by on camera flash are visible.
