OKI B432dn

Although technically not a laser printer -because it uses LEDs instead of a laser to draw the image of each page on its drum-the OKI B432dn ($349) uses the same technology otherwise, putting it firmly in the monochrome laser category for all practical purposes.

Low running cost; Relatively small; Built-in duplexer (for two-sided printing) and 350-sheet capacity standard; 880-sheet maximum; Ethernet

Slow speed on our tests for both the price and the engine rating

Look elsewhere. B431 was awesome, B432 sucks.

My staff has to reboot this thing every morning to wake it up. It then works for the rest of the day. The B431dn was so much nicer, this 432 is a piece of junk. Don't waste your money.

printer land good - ski support poor

Had samples sent from a few printers - OKI seemed to have the best graphics quality for what we print as illustrators. Printer land were great with the purchase - However, setting up on the iMac proved troublesome as we were getting very dark images - we tried to ask for help from OKI but their...

OKI B432DN A4 Mono Laser Printer Network Ready Duplex

This is the perfect printer for our office. We didn't need anything fancy, just a black and white printer and this seemed like the best value for money. The toners for the OKI B432dn do around 3000 - 7000 pages which is great value for money. We're only a small office so that will last us months!

A good Mono

I needed a mono printer for under £150 which would hold large toners, quality wasn't my number one requirement, however, this is absolutely brilliant quality so I've been presently surprised. It's really been much better than the old printer we'd been using, we should have swicthed a long time ago.

OKI B432dn Review

Although technically not a laser printer—because it uses LEDs instead of a laser to draw the image of each page on its drum—the OKI B432dn ($349) uses the same technology otherwise, putting it firmly in the monochrome laser category for all practical purposes. Beyond that, its strong points include both its level of paper handling and its low running cost. The combination will make it of particular interest to small offices with both heavy-duty print needs and an appreciation of how spending just a little less on each printed page can add up to big savings in the long run. The advantage of the B432dn's ($335.00 at Amazon) 1.6 cents-per-page running cost will vary depending on how much you print and what printer you're using for the comparison. The OKI B412dn ($199.00 at Office Depot® & OfficeMax®) , for example, also has a low running cost for its price. However, the printer itself is $150 less than the B432dn, and its claimed running cost is 0.3 cents her per page . The diffe...

Falling in the same category as monochrome laser printers, the LED-based OKI B432dn is a little slow for the price, but makes up for it with an attractively low running cost.
