Beware about the design
Being an Engineer and loyal customer to Nokia since 1999, I am very disappointed with the last mobile I purchased. i.e., Nokia x3-02. Design looked better but color on the metal part is worn out withing 3 months. Charging started disturbed in 6 months.

Touch & Type in one.
This is a good phone from the new X series by Nokia. This touch and type phone is doing fairly well in the market and good to use. The phone comes with a 2.4 inches screen size and has which has a TFT resistive touch screen. It has a memory card slot which is expandable upto 32 GB.

Nokia X3-02 Touch and Type (Unlocked)
Despite Nokia's upcoming Windows Phone 7 transition, it's still churning out Symbian devices at a decent clip. The unlocked Nokia X3-02 Touch and Type ($145, direct) is the latest, with a refined, attractive form factor and good call quality.
Pros:
- Attractive and lightweight
- Solid call quality
- Easy to use one-handed
- Good camera and music player
Cons:
- Cluttered home screen
- "Typing" is tough without a QWERTY keyboard
- Finicky haptic feedback
- Shaky data connection
- No voice dialing or GPS

Good, but don't let it near water
I bought this from a local shop, but just to warn you. As a swimmer, my phone is constantly in damp environments. Previous phones have stood up to this fairly well. The X3-02 did not.

I bought this phone from Nokia direct in UK, unlocked. The phone started turning off after only three months old so I took it to Nokia repair centre. The phone had a system board component failure & was un-repairable. Nokia would not repair it as they claimed somehow it was physical damage.

Not Worth It.
Several months ago I purhased a Nokia X3 - the sales man in the shop did his job well and sold me the phone. It was cheaper than the latest smart phones, however I was still expecting big things from this phone. How I was let down.

First look at Nokia X3
Nokia X3 is an affordable (by European standards, that is) and relatively inexpensive (in Russia) music-heavy phone. While it could have been announced at any other event or even with a bare press-release, Nokia picked Nokia World 09 to unleash the X3, which is going to be one of the first...

Music X-three-M
We have to admit the Nokia X3 is a tough sell, and that has almost nothing to do with the competition. In fact, there are only few top manufacturers that take music phones as seriously as Nokia. So, whether it's XpressMusic or X3 (we like that one better), Nokia phones are having a ball.
