I have been using Nokia N9 from last three weeks and the experience has been just awesome! I was quite confused between lumia 800 and N9 but i went with n9 for the following reasons which are not there in lumia 800 1)free offline GPS 2)bluetooth file transfer (u cannot transfer a song or pic in...

Damn fine example of a phone!
I watch the product launch live, read / watched all reviews / videos going for, but nothing replaces actual usage of course...

Nokia N9 64GB/T-Mobile USA
Best phone I've owned (yes, including Apple and Android phones). It's fast, sexy-looking, ergonomic in my hand, and I don't know how I'm ever going to get used to a device that doesn't allow me to swipe away screens. It's just so... natural. I love the camera. I love the display.

Nokia N9 review
Nokia's really made our lives difficult here. On the one hand, the N9 delivers a double punch with gorgeous hardware and brilliant software. It's arguably the first competitive flagship phone to come out of Espoo since the launch of the original iPhone -- a stunning feat when you consider how far...
Pros:
- Gorgeous hardware
- Brilliant software
- Impressive display
- camera and battery life
Cons:
- It's dead
- Jim
- Weak ecosystem
- There's room for performance improvements

Nokia N9 review: Hands-on
The Nokia N9 is here at last. The stunning top-end MeeGo phone has finally been made official after almost a year of rumours. Announced yesterday, it's loaded with a host of new features and functionality that almost makes us forget Symbian ever existed.

I have been using the N9 for about a year, and looking back I've been mostly happy with it. Sometimes even ecstatic (design and software), but a few times it left me wanting more (app space and battery life).

This is the most unique of all the phone I have used.
This is the most unique of all the phone I have used. Stylish design, excellent and durable polycarbonate shell. MeeGo operating system impressed menya.Ochen promptly and openly, it's Linux. Gesture control is so comfortable that after he did not want to take over the Iphone and other smarfony.

True excellence
Along with the 6310i almost eight years earlier likely the greatest phone Nokia ever produced at the epoch of its powers. It makes you want to cry when you hear how Nokia threw away Maemo/MeeGo, for this is the first and last MeeGo phone you will ever see from Nokia.

the phone that should have lived.....
I will agree with pretty much all the above. Note that the front camera is now working (free app) and OPERA internet answers browsing speeds issue. I much prefer this to my iphone 5, the UI being instinctive and sorely missed on everything else. Oh and Flash is now supported.
Pros:
- better UI than any other
Cons:
- lack of further apps

Great SmartPhone
This is a solid unlocked GSM phone for those looking for something different. It also is not considered a smartphone by AT&T and thus you do not have to have a data plan. Shame that the Nokia killed the Meego OS so apps/support are sparse but hopefully Jolla Sailfish will change that.
Pros:
- ? Responsive OS with the exception of social media ? Long battery life – usually 3-4 hours drains it 10% ? Display clarity is great thanks to ClearBlack
- setting the phone to vivid colors makes it pop even more ? Comes with case, although it is hard to put on/off & is rather thin so protects mostly...
Cons:
- ? Lack of supports/apps – this may change when Jolla Sailfish gets going ? Sensitive screen – constantly selecting something when I am just scrolling ? Volume a tad on the low side
- especially the speakerphone ? Syncing to Outlook – does not work with the latest version of Nokia Suite so had to...
