Nokia N86 Review
Nokia's handsets have always been popular and as Matt mentioned, this isn't exactly new, it's one of those handsets that kinda passed us by originally but is definitely one worth reviewing as the N86 seems to have remained as a quite a popular handset.

In Brief; Nokia's N86 8MP Phone+; How Does 8MP Look From A Camera Phone?
While we don't normally review camera phones and similar devices, when offered a test period with the Nokia N86 and its 8-megapixel capture we wanted to see just how far one could take the image.

Nokia N86 8MP visually impaired edition
Tweet The touch-screen phenomenon has engulfed all facets of tech from smartphones to printers, game consoles to All-in-One PCs. Nokia's N86 however is a throw-back to the days when the Finnish manufacturer ruled the high-end phone scene with its non touch-screen N-series devices like the N85 and...
Pros:
- Great communication tool for the visually impaired
- very decent camera
Cons:
- Old OS running on an ageing package
- no wow factor whatsoever

Nokia N86 8MP
The world of mobile technology moves at a break-neck speed, and 2009 is an interesting year in that it represents the hand-over from older technologies to the newer designs; mobile phones to smartphones, physical input to touchscreens.
Pros:
- Solid construction
- Great keypad
- Good 8MP camera, 8GB storage
Cons:
- 2.6-inch screen is small for this price range
- Earpiece speaker was muffled during tests

A solid work horse phone for those who dont want a touch screen
I'll start off by stating the two stand out features of this admirable work horse of a phone, these being the excellent digital camera quality and of course the free Satellite navigation provided by Nokia's Ovi Maps.

Had this phone for over a year now and can't wait to dispose of it !!!! Unfortunately gotta wait for contract to end in 10 months time !!! It's really getting on my nerves....I've already changed the battery once but the power still runs out quick..
Pros:
- Good camera (& flash)

- calender
- texting
Cons:
- Battery life (even after switching to 2G) and it keeps freezing and turning off suddenly which makes it really unrelliable!!!!

Nokia N86
I got this on an 18month contract for £25 a month. I am pleased to say that my contract recently came to an end and i no longer have this phone. When i first received it i felt that it looked quite bulky and old fashioned. Even though this slide-phone is small, it is heavy.

Nokia N86 8MP in-depth review -
Nokia tends to put out good, solid handsets. But with the N86, it has blown itself away and put out a damn near incredible camera phone. The first eight-megapixel snapper from the Finnish manufacturer isn't the all-in-one smartphone to topple you-know-what off its iThrone, but it is excellent at...
Pros:
- Great landscape
- portrait
- action and panorama shots
- Nokia Messaging
- Nokia Maps
Cons:
- Average macro shots
- a less intuitive UI than we?re used to from Nokia
- and you can?t share photos on most popular networking sites
