Nokia Lumia 900 review: Europass
It took the Nokia Lumia 900 just a few days to top the US sales charts and see delighted handshakes quickly turn into group hugs, as Nokia, Microsoft and AT&T, which carries it exclusively stateside, were busy celebrating the flagship's performance in recent months.
Pros:
- Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support
- Quad-band 3G with 42 Mbps HSDPA and 5.7 Mbps HSUPA support
- 4.3" 16M-color AMOLED capacitive touchscreen of 480 x 800 pixel resolution
- Scratch resistant Gorilla glass display with anti-glare polarizer
- 8 megapixel autofocus camera with dual LED flash
- 720p@27fps
Cons:
- Won't get WP 8
- No USB mass storage (Zune only file management and sync
- No native video calls
- Non-user-replaceable battery
- No memory card slot (and no 64GB version like the N9
- microSIM card slot
- No native DivX/XviD support
- videos have to be transcoded by Zune

Reviewed: Nokia Lumia 900
The Lumia 900 set the bar pretty high in terms of design and the software completes the experience. If you’re looking for a really fast, easy to understand and pretty awesome looking phone the Lumia is a definite choice.

Nokia's Lumia 800 has barely had enough time to sit on store shelves, but the company is already improving upon it, adding a bigger version of the handset designed to compete with the big screen phones like the Samsung Galaxy S3 and HTC One X . Is this the biggest and best Windows phone yet?

The Lumia 900 is a great smartphone that will be welcomed by existing Windows Phone users. However a lack of real changes means that the device is unlikely to entice iOS and Android users to move platforms.
Pros:
- Solid and attractive design
- good overall performance
- reasonable battery life
- decent camera
- shows off the best Windows Phone has to offer
Cons:
- Windows Phone's app offering is still trailing behind iOS and Android's
- needs Zune to connect the device to a PC

Review: Nokia Lumia 900
Having recently reviewed, and been impressed by, Nokia's Lumia 800, it was with keen interest I looked forward to test-driving the second phone to be released using the Windows Mobile operating system – the Lumia 900.
Pros:
- Great design
- easy to operate
- fantastic screen
- good processor
Cons:
- Has some data traps
- Nokia needs to do a better job selling its features

Nokia Lumia 900 review
If the Lumia 900 fails to gain traction in the U.S. market, it will pose a huge problem for Nokia and for Microsoft. It won't signal the immediate end for either company in America, of course, but will leave both companies in a very difficult spot.
Pros:
- The overall user experience offered by the Nokia Lumia 900 is fantastic
- This stems from Microsoft's mobile platform which, despite being praised regularly by gadget reviewers, has failed to gain widespread adoption.
Cons:
- Considering Nokia's pedigree, I was absolutely shocked the first time I used the camera on the Lumia 900
- To put it plainly, as good as the hardware design is on the Lumia 900 is as bad as I found the camera to be.

Bought go my wife's phone, the loves the matte Finnish! We have ordered many screen protectors from other vendors, but this is the first one to sen the right product. Great price too!

A gorgeous phone with a unique interface but the lack of Windows 8 upgradeability is a massive disappointment
