Nokia Lumia 720
An excellent camera and this month's best battery life make the Lumia 720 our favourite mid-range smartphone

Nice phone
Windows 8 apps are a welcome change from iOS. Among the three ecosystems, I prefer Android, Windows 8, and iOS in that order. Blackberry, what ?! For ease of use, Windows phone is really easy to use. For someone interested in a first smartphone, Lumia 720 is an excellent choice.

Nokia Lumia 720
At first glance, the Nokia Lumia 720 looks like it just might be the perfect Windows Phone handset, the ace in Nokia's deck that would enable it to drive home how immensely confident it is in Microsoft's mobile phone operating system.
Pros:
- Looks amazing
- Premium build quality
- Good camera
- Fluid touch interface
- Display has good viewing angles
Cons:
- Just 512MB of RAM
- Low resolution display
- App store compares unfavourably with iOS and Android

Nokia Lumia 720 Review: Sexy, capable performer
The Windows Phone User Interface is simple, and it is fun to use. The taste of the UI is in the using, not the looking. Windows Phone is a joy to use, and here on the 720, it is running on very capable hardware.

Nokia Lumia 720 Review
Nokia's next generation of Lumia smartphones is rapidly expanding. At the top end we have the flagship Lumia 920 , a feature-packed beast with a fantastic camera, hampered by a bulky body and rubbish battery life, and the excellent Lumia 820 which trimmed back the weight a little, while losing...
Pros:
- Great battery life
- Bright, vibrant screen
- Powerful camera
- Slender, attractive design
Cons:
- Windows Phone still lacking apps
- Easily scuffed rear end

Nokia, the erstwhile industry top dog, appears to be on a spirited binge to deluge the dynamic smartphone market with swish Windows-enabled phones. The brand spanking new Lumia brood has successfully managed to suffuse a whiff of fresh air in the marketplace largely packed like sardines with...

There are a few things I'd fix if I designed this phone but really, it's pretty good. You can't add custom message tones but you can assign custom MP3 ringtones for the phone and for contacts. There is only 1 volume control on it.

Nokia Lumia 720 review
The Nokia Lumia 720 was unveiled alongside its cheaper sibling, the Lumia 520 at Mobile World Congress in February. The Finnish firm promoted the 720 as one its greatest achievements to date, claiming it has managed to load up the mid-range £300 device with many of the innovations seen in its...
Pros:
- Windows Phone 8 business features
- Nokia location services
- reasonable camera
Cons:
- Processor and screen no better than on the cheaper Lumia 620

Fantastic!
I used to be an iPhone user having had the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and iPhone 5. However, I was sick of paying stupid amounts of money for a phone. They are great, but just not worth the money, in my opinion.
