Nokia Lumia 610 review

Nokia's range of Windows Phone-based handsets is now quite rounded, with the top end Lumia 900 and the entry-level Lumia 610, which I'm reviewing here, topping and tailing a reasonably sized portfolio.
Pros:
  • Nice design
  • Decent screen resolution
  • Acceptable battery life
Cons:
  • Only 256MB of RAM memory
  • Refuses to run some top third-party apps
  • A little sluggish

Nokia Lumia 610

The Nokia Lumia 610 isn't going to appeal to anyone who wants or needs a high-end smartphone, it simply lacks the speed and the guts to compete against the likes of the iPhone 4S or Samsung Galaxy S3.

Nokia Lumia 610 review

Microsoft and Nokia's work on Windows Phone Tango devices, to lower device specification requirements, has led to the Lumia 610, a low-end handset primarily designed for emerging markets like China.
Pros:
  • Low cost
  • Great battery life
  • Good design
Cons:
  • Poor display
  • Lack of third party apps
  • 256MB of RAM restrictions
  • No 720p video recording

Pros:
  • Intuitive user interface
  • Range of colours
  • Nokia Drive and Mix radio
  • Great battery performance

Nokia Lumia 610

It says "Nokia" across the top of the handset, but if you covered this label and asked us which company designed this model, we'd have guessed that it came from the team at HTC. Our black-coloured Lumia 610 review unit looks uncannily like the HTC Mozart ; one of the first Windows Phone handsets we...
Pros:
  • Outstanding camera at this price
  • Responsive user experience
  • Nokia Drive with turn-by-turn directions
  • Affordable
Cons:
  • Colour-banding issue on LCD
  • Limited RAM blocks some apps from installing

Nokia Lumia 610 review

For under £130, it's a decent phone - but we can't recommend it over the cheaper-and-better Lumia 710.

I baught Nokia lumia 610 before 3 months. Since i didn't get any update from nokia people even microsoft released Windows 8, We're still running 7.5 Mango. I don't recommend this. If you see the price side this will be best in Lumia series.
