Nokia E71

Nokia E71: A hands-on review for SA customers
The blogosphere often comes under criticism (and usually, rightly so) for knee-jerk journalism. Don't research the facts - just the get the scoop and get something up. In comes the traffic and some poor sod usually clicks on the Google Ads.

Nokia E71 Preview: Ready to Trample the iPhone in its Tracks?

BlackBerry beware: there's a new business/pleasure mobile in town and its gunning for your pin-striped crown.
Pros:
- Nokia's answer to the BlackBerry, the E71 struts its telephonic stuff in the boardroom with a full-blown QWERTY keyboard
- It's no chunker, though
- In fact its 10mm profile makes the BlackBerry flock look like a family of porkers
- We found the QWERTY's thumbability (new word alert!
Cons:
- Our only quibble with the E71 is to do with its looks
- They're more bland than spam
- That's it.

Nokia E71
Easy to use, and looks and feels great. Prefer it to the N95 because it has qwerty keyboard and the battery life is superb. Nice landscape view. Better tuning on the FM radio with regional pre-tuned stations. Full mini office suite and up-todate-technology.

Nokia E71x
When we reviewed the unlocked GSM Nokia E71 NAM 9 months ago, we loved it, as did most reviewers. For an unlocked phone it was reasonably priced, had drop-dead good looks, a metal casing, plenty of features and the stability of Symbian with S60.
Pros:
- Sleek metal casing
- tons of features for the price
Cons:
- Push email experience can't compete with the BlackBerry

Nokia E71 review
Unfortunately, the Nokia E71 comes at a steep price. You'll have to drop around £399 for it, so it is important to evaluate exactly what you want out of it. But overall, the Nokia E71 shines as a stylish device that does more than the average business phone.
