I think this device is not original made, Keyboard and panel all are getting scratched quickly

Nokia E63...
When the time came around in the middle of last year to upgrade my cell phone contract I choose the Nokia E63 after much deliberation among friends and family. It was a decision I regretted immediately.
Pros:
- The 2MP camera is good and the built in flash is really a useful feature
Cons:
- The phone is slow and always seems as to has to "think" about the buttons you press.The signal connecting is bad and internet connection is slow
- The phone memory is small and quickly becomes full if one uploads music and takes pictures.

Nokia E63
Call quality was never an issue with the E63, as it easily lived up to our expectations of a Nokia-branded phone. Ring tones sounded quite loud and we were happy with them even in noisy environments. The vibro alert was of moderate strength.
