Rabbids Land Review

The Rabbids return for another Nintendo console launch. Are they a welcome addition or shovel-ware?

+ Some mini-games are fun; + Good setup

Only two players at a time?; Most games are mindnumbing; Playing solo is pointless; Spend more time waiting than playing

Rabbids Land Review (Wii U)

Rabbids Land is a pass-and-play party game for the Wii U that brings together Rayman's demented enemies, the Rabbids, in a board game-style competition fraught with minigames and quiz questions.

Above all, Rabbids Land provides a party game experience that is easy to learn, easy to set up, and easy to play with someone from any age group; The interface is slick and intuitive, both in menus and during play, and the average player will be able to jump right into things with minimal knowledge...

Even someone who's a Rabbids fan HAS to admit that they're annoying... Right? I mean, come on; they're a bunch of derpy-eyed rabbits who periodically scream for no reason. Most of the party games I've played in the past have had some iconic avatars to choose from, rather than these gross, squalling...

Zany, cartoonish mini-games with some mild bathroom humor.

Parents need to know that Rabbids Land is a collection of mini-games meant for up to four people. As with previous games in this series, most activities are accompanied by a very basic brand of bathroom humor -- expect tame gags about burping, cow bums, and throwing up -- likely to be enjoyed most...

Rabbids Land (WiiU)

It's been a while since Rayman was involved with the Rabbids, and Ubisoft was very clever to distance their classic character from the rather more replaceable Rabbids. Rabbids Land retains the silliness of the Rabbids but a lot of the humour is becoming stale while the gameplay of the mini-games is...

Rabbids Land

Those zany Rabbids have occupied the Wii U, and i'ts not just a single Rabbid, it's a whole land. Ready to get your (board) game on? This is Ubisofts' Rabbids Land.

Those dang Rabbids are just so damn cute; Instant appeal, Lots of mini-games to try and enjoy, Fun for small gatherings in a "party" atmosphere, Fully playable on the Gamepad

Mini-game centric play makes this no fun for the solo gamer; Not all the mini-games are a hit; Too basic for long sittings.

That's a little description of the game: Nintendo Land is a beautiful game made up of several minigames that are inspired from the Nintendo Franchise Like :Mario , Zelda, Metroid... . This game is one of the funniest videogames to play with friends and not !

Nintendo Land - Review

Perhaps Nintendo couldn't decide which of its much-loved franchises to launch Wii U with, because the answer it's come up with is "all of them". Sure, there's also your regulation Mario platformer in the form of New Super Mario Bros.

Beautifully executed Nintendo themes with all your favourite characters; A great variety of games that explore all the crazy possibilities of the Wii U's Game Pad; Compared to most mini-game compilations; it's amazingly polished and complete

Some games aren't up to the general standard (we're looking at you; Octopus Dance); The three competitive games are essentially pretty similar; All the explaining can get tedious and Monita gives us the creeps

Nintendo Land is both a wonderful celebration of Nintendo's past and an exciting glimpse into its future, but more importantly it is incredibly, riotously fun. It's one of the best local multiplayer experiences ever crafted, and playing with friends is a guaranteed great time.

"SOME FUN TO BE HAD"

This Game has some fun moments like throwing ninja stars but it lacks if you are a solo player as a lot of the mini games are multi-player only.
