Unreal
This is a fantastic lens. Paired with my D3300 the photos are super crisp and beautiful. This is now my go to lens for outdoor and a majority of the shooting indoor as well. Great choice.

Great lens, great price, express delivery
The lens arrived in a secure package without any sign of damage and much faster then promised. This lens is a must have for Nikon dslr users (both DX and FX format) for its good low-light performance and beautiful bokeh.

I can see why....
many say its there go to lens for portraits. I love the sharp photo's this 50mm lens shoots. The lens was delivered two days sooner than posted at the time of purchase, so hats off to buy direct & save! Just in time for mothers day too... good job.

Fantastic lens. I am using this lens with D5300
Fantastic lens. I am using this lens with D5300, since six months . Background blur effect is simply awesome. Crisp and amazing picture quality .Very happy with this lens.

Nikon 50mm f/1.8G AF-S Nikkor
My experience is the same as the reviewer. I was hoping to use this lens for landscapes as well, but it requires a lot of stopping down. Fine in low light, though - bit of a marvel there.
Pros:
- Great Centre sharpness, colour and contrast at maximum aperture in low light
- Small lens
Cons:
- Overall sharpness only at smaller apertures

Excellent Lens
I bought it to supplement the 24-120 f4 zoom I have which is also an excellent lens. The 50mm f1.8 is a lighter,handy lens that works in many situations.

I would buy again
Great lens. Light, sharp and fast. My favorite carry around lens. Works well for street photography. Definitely would recommend

Fantastic lens, fantastic price!
This lens is incredibly sharp and with the f 1.8 aperture, gives you a narrow d.o.f. Works great with my D3400, even though it's a crop sensor camera. I highly recommend this lens for anybody at any experience level.
