I bought four of these batteries because I will be on a hiking trek where I won't have access to electricity. The Nikon brand batteries last much longer than off-brand batteries and are more reliable in hot and cold weather.

The battery life is good but having the extra battery is fantastic. It charges quickly. Worth the fair price.

Ordered as a backup battery for my D5300. Specs say it will last approx. 600 pics. After setting up new camera, shooting minimal number of pics (maybe 100) over 3 afternoons, battery needed to be switched out for spare.

Genuine battery pack that lasts as long as the original supplied with the camera unlike a cheaper battery purchased from a well known web site

holds a charge well. some third party batteries are better and much cheaper however. worth it to look around. Read the reviews for batteries and you will save money.

A good battery life and Japanese product. Worth buying

I have taken this battery by 3rd May 2016, From 23rd May 2016, I have started getting issue with that. Battery is charged within 2 hours and after 50 to 70 snap (without flash), it is getting discharged. Go to local authorized shop, pay a little bit high amount, you will be happy in future.
