Nikon D90

I'm starting to feel strange about saying Nikon's done it again, but it looks like they have. The Nikon D90 looks like a genuinely excellent camera for the intermediate photographer, and a great choice as a full-featured, light weight body for those who own a Nikon D200 or D300.
Pros:
  • Exceptional feature set for its price point in the market
  • World's first SLR capable of recording HD-resolution video
  • New kit lens has good optical quality
  • much better than average for kit lenses
  • New kit lens offers VR (image stabilization
  • Camera automatically corrects chromatic aberration in...

Nikon D90 review

The D80 was the top dog in the mid-level SLR yard for over a year, but it's got a little too long in the tooth to fend off the cheeky young pups. And so in steps the Nikon D90, packing a couple more megapixels for a total of 12MP – the number Nikon seems to have settled on as the optimum, right up...

For £850 you can get you cameras with pro levels of build quality, features and resolution. But while it's not the best in every respect, the D90 blitzes the rest overall, partly because of its huge list of features and partly because it's so consistently good at everything it does.

Nikon D90 kit review

Nikon's D80 was an extremely capable camera, but it wasn't packed with flashy features. Its successor, the D90, scores highly on both counts. It maintains the D80's superb image quality, but adds a couple of extra megapixels, has the best controls this side of £1,000, and comes with lots of exciting...

Nikon D90 review

The Nikon D90 is a direct replacement for the D80, and it does feel as if it's been a long time coming. After all, the D80 was starting to be a little embarrassed by the cheaper D60, which has the same resolution, a bigger LCD and a new, image-stabilised kit lens.

Incredible stamina

This battery pack is great - I've never had one that could last so long, especially in a camera. It came with the digital camera that I recently purchased, and I bought a second one just so that, whenever the current battery eventually does need another charge, I won't be "down" and not be able to...
Pros:
  • long lasting
  • ease of use
  • no worries
Cons:
  • N/A

Nikon D90

I am a convert from the D50. This camera is superior in too many ways to list. If you have read a review on the D90 you can trust when it says it is a great Mid DSLR. Big screen, easy menus, clear pictures! Walmart had the lowest price of trustable on line sources.
