A nikon D3 with a cropped sensore

I have played around with many other DSLR's with crop sensors and few Full Fram DSLRs (i.e. D3) and this camera surpasses all its competitors in the cropped sensore catergory and can compete with a nikon's lower end full frame...

Great Camera
I love this camera. It fit my hand, didn't feel too heavy. But it felt solid. It didn't have the cheap plastic feeling like some other cameras have. The layout of the buttons on the back, made it easy to change specific settings. Items weren't hidden in the menus.
Amazing Dslr
I use this camera about every weekend and sometimes during the week and I LOVE IT. Of course if I had the money I would either get the 700 or the D3X (I upgraded to this from a Canon 20D).
First Look - Nikon D90 SLR
DV readers know that I have long been an advocate of 35mm lens adapters. They are an effective way to add a whole new visual dimension to HD camcorder footage. And as with any tool, there are downsides. 35mm adapters add weight and length to a camera rig.
Well today was the day ive been looking forward to for awhile! Seen UPS arriving at my door put a smile on my face and when i first powered up the D90 i knew i made the right choice! Camera is very sturdy in the hand and just feels solid...
Love My D90
I had been comparing the D7000 with the D90 for quite some time. I know the D7000 is the newer model but decided on the D90. I also own the D60 & D50 models as well. I felt the D7000 would be over kill for me & too difficult to learn. The upgrade from the D60 has been relatively painless.- Easy to Use
- Great Picture Quality
- Bulky
- No more than my D60
