JUST THE GREAT DSLR
Either you are a novice or experienced, this is one of the best semi-pro DSLR you get in this range. Surely you will fell in love with it as did I. PROS: 1.In built Auto-focus motor: It helps you to focus using an AF lens that doesn't have inbuilt AF motor.(Can save a lot of money on Lens).

Nikon D7000: Stunning camera, regardless of ability
I bought this camera over a year ago now, it has not once failed me. I bought the camera along with two lenses and some minor accessories. I bought a zoom lens and one for close-up shots; thus far, this is all I have needed.

We do a lot of out-door shooting and one day we had 3 hours of heavy rain while shooting for a project documentation. All the time was the external GPS sensor connected by cable. The camera was drenched wet. Taking off the sensor and lens, opening all flaps and leaving the body to dry up over...

Excellent images
Excellent and colorful photos; many usable options in its menu, lightweight, battery life is very good; has 2 memory card slots, fast and sharp autofocus, accepts D and F lenses.
Pros:
- lightweight
- excellent images
- lots of usable controls
- battery life
- 2 memory card slots
Cons:
- not suitable for video, loud motor noise makes it unusable in autofocus
- hunts a lot in autofocus

Nikon D7000 Review
Generally, digital camera producers usually adhere to a well-defined upgrade direction and it is usually obvious which style is intended to be changed by a new one. With the statement of the D7000 Nikon has - to a stage - damaged with this style.

A replacement for Nikon's D90 has been expected for quite some time, but many people will be surprised by how many specifications the D7000 shares with its semi-pro cousin, the D300s. As it stands, the D7000 sits somewhere between these other two cameras, both of which are still current models.

Nikon D7000 review: Nikon D7000
An excellent dSLR for experienced shooters or Nikon professionals looking for a relatively cheap option, the Nikon D7000 delivers on almost all counts, including the company's best shooting design to date. Editors' note, May 12, 2015: I've updated the ratings to more accurately reflect how this older model fits into the current market at its lower price and with respect to its subsequent replacements. Additionally, I've revoked the Editors' Choice, originally conferred in November 2010, to make way for newer models.
Pros:
- Excellent performance for its class
- great viewfinder
- control locations and operations streamlined over previous Nikon dSLRs
- double SDXC-compatible card slots.
Cons:
- No 1080/30p video.
