Nikon d520

Just what I was looking for. A move up from my old camera with the ability to input settings or go fully automatic.

Light weight; quality pictures; takes very good video

Great camera for,a reasonable price.

This is a great camera with tons of features that many more expensive cameras don't have. Beginners can use it in auto mode and the advanced settings will allow you to,grow as a photographer. The only negative is that the menus are a little cumbersome to use.

Glad I got it

Performance is much better than expected…and I expected a lot based on camera magazine reviews. I upgraded from a Nikon D40. Images and low noise are incredible. Focus is very fast with a choice of a 39 points system. Customized settings for sharpening, saturation etc.

incredible images and focus speed easy to use as auto very customizable sharpening saturation etc excellent d lighting small form factor

Great camera

Camera takes great pictures! Easy menus, but many options if you like to dig into them. The preset effect modes are fun and easy to use also.

Great Camera but Nikon support sucks

The 24 MP camera is for the advanced amateur. Has manual settings for artistic photos and program functions for quick shots under most conditions. Now for the downside. Had an issue with a connector on the camera for down loading your photos.

Nikon digital camera clicks awsome pictures

I always prefer using the Canon when it comes about camera but I was highly impressed with all the features of the new Nikon D5200. I ordered it right away without any delay. "The D5200 is an excellent camera for a budding photographer"

I think this is a great camera if you are a budding photographer, like me. It's so easy to take with you that I end up taking it wherever I go, just in case there are good photo opportunities.

*Picture Quality *Flip out screen *HDR Mode *Colour depth *Ease of use

*Battery Life could be better *Screen needs cleaning every so often due to fingerprints

Nikon D5200

Nikon's a big name in the camera world, and we've got the company's D5200 DSLR armed with a massive 24.1-megapixel sensor to put through its paces. It's a capable shooter, complete with full HD video skills and superb image quality, but does its fiddly controls get in the way?
