This was purchased for my Christmas so I have not used it yet. I have seen pictures taken from this camera and look amazing. Have familiarised myself with the camera and can not wait to use it. Hope I am as happy with it as other reviewers are.

OK so far
Have had camera for a few days now. Novice user, fairly easy to use. auto focus seems a bit slow and doesn't always focus in LCD live mode. Extremely disappointed that current firmware does not support third party batteries. This is a very poor judgement call by Nikon.

good camera
didn't create the review to critique the technical aspect of the camera, aside from the non-factory packaging, everything is in order and here. functions as described.
Pros:
- camera operates as it should
Cons:
- did not come with the box pictured, came in a plain white box and had a finger print on the lens.
- shipping label said new but this looks like a refurb to me
- kinda takes the value down a notch when being purchased as a gift

want to know manufacturing country
please anyone tell me about the manufacturing country of this camera made in china or Thailand.. also users tell me what are the results in low light and artificial light photography

Nikon D3200 Review
The Nikon D3200 is similar in design to Nikon D3100, however it has advanced controls and updated features have been installed in the camera. The CMOS sensor is capable of capturing good details about the subject even at low ISOs.

Be Careful!
Watch Out! The photo in the ad is not exactly what you get. The 18-55 MM lens in the photo is a VR lens, but the one they shipped me is not. It's a good camera and the lenses are pretty good, but the photo in the ad is misleading. Because of that, I cannot recommend this package.

Comes with lots of accessories, my favorite to use is the Macro lens.

Excellent photographic results
Decent deal by Pixmania on this marvellous bit of kit, only gripe the manual was in French, but English version on the disc all two hundred pages of them which I downloaded to my Kindle and iPad.
