Nikon D3200 Review
The Nikon D3200 is similar in design to Nikon D3100, however it has advanced controls and updated features have been installed in the camera. The CMOS sensor is capable of capturing good details about the subject even at low ISOs.

Nikon D3200
The D3200 also omits exposure bracketing, a feature in which the camera takes three shots instead of one -- one regular, one at a slightly lower exposure and one slightly higher -- just in case the regular exposure wasn't quite right.

- Ultra-high-resolution
- 24-megapixel sensor
- Compact and lightweight
- Shoots 1,080p full HD video with manual control
Cons:
- Overall image quality no better than lower-res cameras
- Huge resolution means huge files
- Sluggish autofocus in Live View and Movie mode

From 2006, when Nikon launched the D40 , until today's D3200 the Nikon entry-level line of DSLR has been more about evolution than revolution. With the introduction of live view and a movie mode the step from the D3000 to the D3100 was significant, but other than that, very few changes have been...

Nikon D3200
The D3200 is a very enjoyable camera to use for beginner photographers. If only the LCD screen was more colour accurate and the automatic focusing in video a little less twitchy, we'd have no qualms in recommending it wholeheartedly.
Pros:
- Lightweight and fairly compact
- ideal as a first SLR
- Very good image quality
- Strong video quality
- External microphone input
Cons:
- Screen is not particularly colour accurate
- No automatic-exposure bracketing
- Relocation of record button isn't as intuitive as earlier cameras
- JPEG images straight out of the camera can be a little soft
