Netgear WNDR3700 Dual Band Wireless-N Gigabit Router
Dual Band Wireless-n router with gigabit WAN connection and USB storage
Great Router
I am extremely happy with this router. The throughput and wireless range(2.4ghz) on this router is fantastic. I'm not sure what the issue is with the person below and his download speeds, but I have not seen any issues like that at all(I have a 20mbps down/2 mbps up connection that works great with...- Great speed
- impressive wireless range on the 2.4ghz band
- So so wireless range on the 5ghz band
Easy and adds a punch
I installed the card, but I let windows find the driver, I should have hit cancel at that point...Its in the directions plain as day, my mistake. Besides that little self-inflicted pain, I find that my video is much clearer and faster.- performs well
- compatibility
- easy to setup
- value for money
- Setup Wizard

Hardware revison of popular Atheros-based dual-radio, dual-band 802.11n router with Gigabit ports and media-enabled USB drive sharing.- High routing throughput
- Wireless Guest networks
- WDS Repeating / bridging
- Good wireless throughput stability
- USB drive sharing with UPnP AV / DLNA server
- Lower performance than v1 in 5 GHz band
- Still only 4096 maximum simultaneous sessions
NETGEAR RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N Gigabit Router WNDR3700 Review
The WNDR3700 Wireless N router from NETGEAR packs up a lot of power, has a very customizable graphical interface and can be connected to an external USB storage device like HDD/Flash Drive/SSD, turning it instantly into a NAS solution.
A fast, well-featured router, but its range is only average. There's nothing shy about Netgear's range-topping WNDR3700. Although it has no protruding aerials, it measures more than 200mm tall and 150mm wide; fortunately, its glossy finish and LEDs aren't intrusive.

- I have been using it for one month now and I have not had any drops
- The set up was very simple and easy
- None so far
- after one month of use
Netgear RangeMax WNDR3700 review
The Netgear RangeMax WNDR3700 is a low-profile compact box that is finished in a high-gloss black and comes with the antennae built into the device. It ships with a stand, so you can lay it flat or stand it vertically for slightly better reception.

It wasn't much of a contest: Netgear's WNDR3700 V1 retained its crown as our Best of the Best router with spectacular TCP through-put, a strong feature set, and an even stronger price/performance ratio. It's the second-most expensive router we tested, but it's worth every penny.- Awesome price/performance ratio
- DLNA-compliant media server
- dual guest networks
- traffic meter
- No USB printer sharing
- traffic meter can't limit on a per-client basis
