I cannot believe that Netgear are able to fit a wireless adapter into such a tiny device! It truly amazes me that this USB device which is about the size of my thumbnail can do the same job as a full wifi network card that is the size of my hand which is on the inside of a computer.

pros: performs as it's supposed to once it's (if you can get it to be) installed I like the usb adapter it comes with that gives more option for the placement of the usb stick cons: there's something wrong with the install software, first it made strange clicking noise while running the setup

Upgraded my router to a new linksys ae4500 I selected a Netgear Wireless-N 300Mbps USB Mini Adapter to upgrade a laptop (Win7) and a desktop (XP) pc. Works right out of the box - No drilling holes for wiring required! LOL Cons: A bit pricey

Mostly likely a bug in the driver but have severe lag issues when gaming. Verified this with an alternative network adapter. Current driver version 1.0.0.4. Maybe this will be fixed in the next driver version.

I'm a computer repair man. When I run into a job were I need wireless to make my life easier this does the job. I have had no problems with the connection as of yet. Setup is easy on most of the platforms that I have used it on.

My wife's WiFi adapter in her desktop died and we were looking for a solution. This adapter proved to be an excellent answer. Easy to use and fast.

Superb product.. Initially had major difficulty due to software issues as i hv windows 10 and the CD along wit the adapter dose not support it. But YouTube video helped me solve the prob by downloading he latest drivers compatible fr Windows 10.

Does not work with Linux except with extensive and very complicated workarounds. Other wireless USB adapters (none by Netgear) do.
