Key to set up is follow the instructions! CD first! Absolute no suggestion of loss of speed moving main computer off direct wire to router and using this device. Enabled me to move router to the center of the house and get full coverage.

This product does work. However it may not be worth the frustration to set it up when you can buy a more user friendly version for less.

Could not and still cannot install on the intended computer but installed easily on a different computer. Lack of documentation makes installation and trouble shooting difficult. Otherwise, worked well.

Netgear WNA3100 IEEE 802.11n USB - Wi-Fi Adapter is great and easy to install. My HP laptop was not working in wireless from long time despite installing updated wireless adaptors and drivers. So I decided to use the WNA3100 IEEE 802.11n and its working great on my laptop making me feel relaxed.

Replaced the fios standard adapter with this one. have had no problems with connection error. also purchased a hd webcam for skype and connection is clear and lag free. would recommend to anyone looking for a adapter.

i purchased this item because i could not access the internet in my apartment. on the advice of a future shop associate i purchased this item and can now get online from my room. this item has to be in the window but that is alot better than no service.

Completely garbage for someone using Ubuntu Linux. No support... not detected... does not work.

Netgear forums confirms that the WNA3100 and similar units suffer a very, very high failure rate. Most do not even work out of the box.
