Netgear Rocks!
What can I say but it's a great product at an excellent price. Netgear does a very nice job of designing and building easy to use, quality products at a fair price.
Pros:

Spews RF Interference - Earth the chassis!
I have two of these and whilst the networking performance is superb, they interfere massively with my ADSL broadband. Simply putting this switch within about 1 foot of the router causes the sync speed to drop from 9.5Mbit to 4Mbit.

Works as expected
In the last year or so I've purchased other Netgear products and I've been satisfied with them. I see no reason to go with another vendor while they, in my experience, have provided me with good products and good customer support.

Netgear have a good reputation in my opinion at producing good quality networking kit at reasonable prices. Netgear's reputation was one of the reasons I purchased this Ethernet Switch and I have not been disappointed.

Best value for the money
I have bought a bunch of this exact model switch for clients. I like Netgear because they have more memory and processing power than other switches and that translates to faster networking especially for moving large files or multiple users using the internet/intranet at the same time.
