I bought one for myself for my Note 9, so happy with it I bought another for my partners IPhone. Got a great deal on special. Very happy with the product, no issues.

Works well, easy setup

The only place that mentions no adapter included odd in the instruction manual after you open the box. What am I supposed to do with a charger without an adapter!

Great looking, does it's job looks and feels of quality (nice weight about it not a plasticy cheap feel) but no adaptor with it??? Not a good look for momax they should reconsider or this obviously cost cutting idea or as GirishS2 implied make it clear there will be no socket adapter provided with. PB Tech you should also make this very clear in your advertising of this product.

It works. Takes a wee while to fully recharge the pack, but it does provide wireless charging for the smartphone. It’s all right.

A bit hit and miss whether it charges the phone. You put the phone on it and sometimes it charges, but other times nothing. When it charges it is also not very fast. A bit of a waste of money unfortuately.
