As for function it's great, but it isn't actually 20,000mAh as advertised on the box If you take the time to open the instruction manual, it's real capacity is 12,000mAh.

Does everything a power bank should. Great capacity. Charges quickly. USB C and A versatility. Only had this a couple of weeks but used it three times already, charged my Ipad pro, my Iphone, and my headphones. Only downside is the weight, but you can't have capacity without weight, and I needed the capacity.
