First time to have a Miele washer and I'm very impressed with the quietness of it and how well it washes and spins the water out of the clothes. Drying time is shortened and the clothes are definitely cleaner using the twin dose detergent system. The 9 kg wash load has been very handy as is the Quick wash function fort those times when you need the wash done faster.

I purchased this machine about 6 weeks ago! Honestly say I absolutely love this machine!! My whites .. normally washed with black (yes, I was that person) decided to try the whites wash. And holy shiz.. they've come up brand new! Red dirt in kids clothes, no problems.. first time.. every time.. my life has been forever changed! Thank you!

This is an excellent washing machine, very quiet, extremely stable when spinning and has a good range of detergents that can be used. Also has a good range of washing programs that cover all types of products and types of wash required. The combination of auto dos with the Miele detergents is very good at getting clothes clean.

Love my new Miele WWR 860 washing machine. It is simple to use and my clothes are sparkling clean, no more soaking clothes in napisan to remove stains and i am spending much less time handwashing delicates with the hand wash cycle.

Very easy to use and has heaps of features. Very quiet. Big capacity. Lots of different options for detergents/powders/caps/twin dos. Even tells my phone when it’s finished washing.
