Vacuum was purchased in Sept 2018. Mother in law highly recommended to me. I have always used an upright, a little hesitant to purchase a pricy canister. Family has some allergy issues and with having 2 dogs and a cat, we have to vacuum almost daily. Big mistake in purchasing a bagged vacuum.

Love this vacuum cleaner. Already own a Miele cat and dog and wanted a lighter hoover for the upstairs of the house and the stairs themselves. Does a great job with various attachments and also an energy saving setting which is also very quiet.

This is a strong and powerful machine and does everything my previous cleaner did, but this one is so nice and light...and I can carry it upstairs. A dream to use.

Overall this is a superb vacuum. It is easy to fit together, and very easy to use. The suction is fantastic which makes it a great choice if you have pets or messy kids! My only slight grumble is that it is very loud, but really it is a small price to pay for a great bit of kit.

I absolutely love this vacuum cleaner, it has quite a lot of amazing functions like a curtain function where it reduced the suction to very low so you can hoover the curtains or blinds with ease. Also the rug function is excellent as it doesn't pull the pile out of the rugs.

Overall good, but the hoover bag full indicator is a bit temperamental. I have emailed Miele about it, but after a week have still received no response.

I find it difficult to use on carpet. I did read the suggestion from the earlier post about experimenting with the settings but I do not find it at all comfortable to vacuum the carpet. I did try a few combinations but nothing seemed to make the head move easily over the carpet.

I purchased this vacuum cleaner about 3 weeks ago and I would highly recommend it. It's lightweight, compact in size, very well made and sturdy, very quiet but most importantly it's VERY efficient at doing the job of cleaning on both hard floor surfaces and carpeting. I'm happy I made this purchase.

This product is used strictly for my house and so far it has been performing quite well. I do not use it personally but the person who is using it has had only good things to say about it.
