The mouse itself is ok. It works fine. The only problem with it is the lack of support for the scroll wheel. The scroll wheel button is designed to tilt right and left and use that for different functions.

The best portable mouse should be as small as it is functional, and Microsoft's Sculpt Mobile Mouse is both. It doesn't have any particularly exciting features like our Editors' Choice, the Microsoft Touch Mouse , though it's cheaper by comparison.

I bought this mouse to go with my small 11.6" Windows 8.1 laptop that I use for travel. The small size and the fact that it works on almost any surface makes it a great travel mouse. And now that I have the windows button, I don't know how I got by without it.

I have had the mobile mouse for a few weeks now and I like the quality and the weight of the mouse, plus it feels comfortable in the palm of my hand.
