The Comfort Mouse 4500 is a decent deal.

For $25, the Microsoft Comfort Mouse 4500 is a decent deal for a standard wired USB mouse. Whether or not the Comfort Mouse is really comfortable is really a matter of preference, I have fairly small hands and have adjusted just fine to the mouse and have been using it for almost seven months.

Good for prolonged time spent at the computer

Having struggled with my roller on my mouse being broken for the last month, I chose the Microsoft Comfort Mouse 4500. The reason I chose this over value products is that I spend at last 15 hours a day on a computer for work and leisure.

Comfort Mouse 4500

I wouldn't spend money on it again if just looking for a generic mouse. I went back to an old mouse that was still made by Microsoft but at least it was of some quality and actually worked.

Don't know of any strengths as I didn't use it for very long before replacing it

Normally I never write reviews but the mouse wheel was so terrible that I have to warn people; Some apps just would not scroll with it and it had to be pressed hard to click; Guess I would say that the wheel felt like really low quality

Will probably return

I just bought this mouse and am trying it out. The mouse button clicks are too loud. The wheel provides no ratcheting feedback whatsoever so it feels strange, and the scrolling looks strange on the screen because it scrolls a web page continously instead of in increments, yet seems jittery perhaps...

Too noisy

Great smooth mouse, tracks brilliantly. Just too loud on the mouse button clicks and pressing the scroll wheel is relatively more loud. If it does not bother you then rate this 5 stars.

Best keyboard on the market

Microsoft out did Apple on this one. This keyboard works wonderful with the iPad. A great compliment. Never thought Apple and Microsoft product would work so well together. A definitely buy.

Microsoft Wedge Mobile Keyboard review

The Microsoft Wedge Mobile Keyboard isn't just a portable keyboard, it's an essential element in making the most of your Windows 8 tablet. The Wedge Mobile Keyboard offers a much better typing experience than the on-screen keyboard, with Bluetooth connectivity and Windows 8 functionality baked right...

Highly portable; Bluetooth connectivity; Windows 8-specific function keys; Cover doubles as a tablet stand

Rather cramped key layout; Not ideal for longer typing sessions

This Bluetooth keyboard is an excellent compact companion for a Windows 8 tablet, and the well-designed cover doubles as a handy stand to prop up your slate.

Striking industrial design; Looks and feels sturdy; Includes Windows 8 shortcut keys

A bit heavy; Shortcut keys make it Windows-centric; although keyboard does work with Android and Apple devices; Keys feel slightly cramped

Microsoft Comfort Mouse 4500

This is not an ordinary optical mouse however, nor is it a refined laser cousin. This is seemingly the best of both worlds, a combination of optical and laser technology according to Microsoft.

Great mouse, button placement very appropriate.

Durable and sensitive, great for work, and I recon for gaming as well. Exactly what I was looking for: 5 buttons, with one for the thumb and one for the pinky. The pinky button is important to me, and its so, so hard to find a decent mouse with this configuration for a decent price.

1 extra button on either side, one for the thumb and one for the pinky; I have a pinky for a reason, I DONT want to bend my thumb unnaturally to use 2 thumb buttons! This actually solves the problem.
