These headphones were too loud for a quiet office environment, and the connection to my computer was crackly. On the plus side, the battery life was pretty solid, and the connection to my phone was impressive.

Threw them back after 3 days . As they weren't fit in my ears as well as poor call quality, hard to listen to voice on other side. Was expecting exchange from PB tech but they didn't do it. So i left them at there counter and went back. So Annoyed ... Never buy this product.

Overall great quality headphones. Great sound for the price! Plenty of bass, good mids and highs. Comfortable and noise cancelling earbuds. Battery life is great and charges pretty fast. Only downside is the little battery pack that sits on the neck can slip around and pull/losen your ear pieces. Not ideal for working out/running
