For a carbon fibre tripod with a magnesium top plate this is incredible value. Strong enough for a Canon 5d and light enough to carry, I am very pleased. I did swap the head for my old ball head (Manfrotto) but that was personnel choice.

Durable; Lightweight

After two weeks of field utilization with temperatures ranging from 10 to 55 degrees Fahrenheit and varying terrain from sandy to rocky shale conditions while filming wildlife, this tripod with ball head performed very well.
