everything lempicka

I TOO luv everything Lempicka. ELLE L'AIME IS MY NEWEST find and it has such a lovely smell. I found this one in the islands. before that Lolita was my top favorite. It smells of coconut but not overly done and a great combination of lime and myrrh, some of my favorite natural smells.

Lovely perfume in the prettiest of bottles

I was initially attracted to this perfume by the unusual name and after a little research decided to buy it for one of my daughters for Christmas. I am glad to say that she was delighted.

Fresh, powdery iris and licorice

At first spray this is all sweet powdery iris and violet, laced with licorice. It also smells very fresh in an almost aquatic way (this is probably the ivy). Although I get more iris than violet, this really reminds me of these purple violet mints I used to get as a kid.

"Coming up smelling of frangipani cake"

Launched: 2008 Group: Oriental Floral INTRODUCTION I was given a sample of Fleur de Corail or Coral Flower back in 2008 the year it was released by Lolita Lempicka, the young, girly and sophisticated Parisian fashion house, but never got round to writing a review on it until now.

Creamy; girly; pretty; quality blend

A bit too 'cake'- smelling to me

Lolita Lempicka Sweet : Perfume Review

What you smell is what you get–a dark raspberry-rose accord reminiscent of retro lipstick and a dollop of chocolate sauce. This kind of directness is what attracted me to Lolita Lempicka in the first place. There is no pretense to aspire towards rarefied sophistication or sucked-in-cheeks elegance.
