Great surround sound, without the price!
Logitech has pleased me once again with the Z506 speakers. The Z506 is a perfect purchase for anyone that wants great sounding bass and surround sound on a budget! Although, in order to sell them at such a low price, some quality had to be sacrificed but don't be deterred.

Great Speakers, shame Windows 7 ruins them...
my first ever 5.1 surround sound and I love it, Has way more bass than needed, Sound clarity is obvious, Looks great and has the capability to go way too loud. The problem is that window's 7 drivers do not support stereo to 5.1 upmixing where it would play the same two channels three times to fill...

Logitech Z506 Surround Sound Speakers Review
I've recently become a big fan of watching movies. Sure, watching movies was always enjoyable to do with friends, but lately I've taken it on as a personal hobby. I received a BluRay player last year for Christmas, and have been slowly building up my collection ever since.

Logitech Z506 review
We're big fans of Logitech's more budget-friendly speakers for their ability to produce astonishing quality sound at very reasonable prices. The company's latest surround sound set is the Z506, which is only slightly more expensive than the superb X-530 set.

amazing sound quality
these speakers have amazing sound quality.the sound is very crisp.you may need to increase the back speaker pair volume about 30 % with respect to other speakers so you can get an even sound these are not good in explosions and bass at low frequencies.

Great speakers for PC or gaming.
Overall this is a great speaker system, the Pros substantially out weigh the Cons.
Pros:
- Clear audio without the unnecessarily sharp trebles that drown out other sounds
- Excellent surround sound & a very powerful subwoofer
- Long cords for speaker placement, especially on the far right & left speakers
- Great system for the dollar amoun
Cons:
- Speakers do not mount to wall
- slight rumble in middle speaker depending on the device you plug it in & does not come with a Y audio cable only the regular red & white audio cable
- not good for some PC set ups

Logitech Surround Sound Speakers Z506 (980-000430)
I got these as a gift during Christmas. The rear speaker cables are 15ft which is reletivly short and most of the time the sound they produce is unnoticeable. they make a lot of static noise and the sub is easyaly overpowered. for watching youtube or a movie they are great.

- gets fairly loud

- audio quality

Amazing Sound!
I have a habit of doing comprehensive research when buying any electronic gadget. After reading reviews and comparing similar products I bought Logitech Z 506. Sound is amazing, powerfull and yet crisp and clear. Beautiful design compliments any room.
