Great for wrist or elbow problems!
I'm new to trackballs but decided to try the M570 after having problems with my elbow caused by 25 years graphic designing. It took a week or two to get used to but with good ergonomics it has greatly reduced the pain I was feeling.

Sweet mouse!
Replaced a microsoft trackball mouse.This one is much smoother and not quite as big.And no bright red glow to put up with.I love it! Would not have any other mouse than this one.Perfection!

I have been using Logitech wireless trackball mouse since 2002. It is an excellent and comfortable device, you do not have to move the mouse at all on the desk as you only need to move the mouse cursor with your thumb finger and there is no need for mouse pad.
