Nice headset for laptop or pc

Bought this to listen to music from I-tunes on my laptop. That is really what its designed for. It also has a fold away mic if you want to use it for gaming or conferencing on your pc.

This works absolutely fine, just as good as my usb-wired headsets

I bought these as they were mentioned somewhere as compatible with Nuance's Dragon speech recognition software. I have tried a number of other wireless devices and none of these (including an expensive Nuance-branded microphone) worked satisfactory.

Range is not as long as advertised

The sound quality is good, generally speaking, but they seem to have a serious range issue. The box claims 10m range but I lose all sound in less than half that.

Not ready for prime time

The concept of the headset is great, the implementation and practical use is just not there. After charging the headset battery for 3 hours, I started the setup. The Nano USB used on this headset unreliable and is sporatic at best. The instructions say not to plug it into a USB hub.
Pros:
  • Price and concept
Cons:
  • Response time and they just did not work

Poor Range

Had a Logitech wireless headset prior to this one and that old version was great. This one (H600) has very poor wireless range, about 1/2 the distance of my previous one. Average headset

I bought this bluetooth headset to use on my PC and iphone. Supposedly it supports BT 2.1 including HFP and A2DP. After talking to Logitech support it actually only supports headset functions on a PC with their receiver and will only support headphone functions for music, etc.. on the iphone.
Pros:
  • East set up on PC
Cons:
  • Does not support headset functions on IOS (only headphone

Horrible crackling at random times

Sometimes this headset works fine. Sometimes, the audio crackles horribly and often the microphone input gets so distorted people can't hear what I'm saying. I've tried every software solution, and the problem is clearly the hardware.

Great seller

Great product. Use them in call center and they last and reps love them without a cord attached. I have over 40 in use and only had to replace 1 in past 5 months.

Do Not Buy!

Headset has way too much static/interference issues. Even if/when you move any/all sources of RF interference away from the headset/USB dongle, it continues to pick up interference even the headset is 2-3 feet away from the USB plug. Returned and replaced with same product - exact same problem.

These are more comfortable than the other Mpow brand I bought but they are still not noise cancelling and it was often difficult to hear the conversation on the other end. I needed a more comfortable headset to make client calls in a busy and loud rec centre cafeteria.
