reasonably priced, works, gives you the option of USB, and it's fairly comfortable... I've only just purchased this product so long-term testing will have to wait, I will check back and edit the review...

I bought these to replace my old ones, that I had for years. They look good, they look like theyre going to last. The sound is good. I really like the fact that they are subtle enough so I don't look silly (cause I use them at my job). The microphone can be rotated if you don't use it.
Pros:
  • Good sound
  • comfortable
  • looks good and looks like quality.
Cons:
  • As a girl
  • I find it does'nt quite fit my ears (it's bigger than my ears) and find it a little too heavy

The best 'behind neck' headset but with a deal breaker

These are the best behind the neck headset you can buy when it comes to comfort and sound. However, I have to buy these headphones every 6-12 months as they have one major flaw, the weak connecting plastic behind the ear area.

Logitech Gaming Headset G330 (Black)

The G330 Gaming Headset is one of, if not the, most comfortable headsets we've ever tested and may have you sacrificing audio quality for comfort.
Pros:
  • Extremely comfortable
  • behind-the-head design
  • adjustable noise-isolating boom mic
  • included USB dongle adapter
Cons:
  • Average sound quality
  • boom mic may require some adjusting

Logitech G330

Priced at AU$99.95, we find it hard to recommend the Logitech G330 headset as a good buy. Though it includes a USB sound card, the actual performance of this headset leaves a lot to be desired. Comfort and the performance gained when using the USB sound card are its redeeming features.
Pros:
  • Adjustable headband provides very good comfort
  • In-line volume control
  • 3.5mm connectors
Cons:
  • Non-replaceable ear pads
  • Pricey
  • Mediocre performance when not connected via USB

Pros:
  • Behind-the-head design
  • noise-cancelling microphone
  • USB sound card
  • inline audio controls
Cons:

Might be ok if they didn't hurt....

Both my husband and I found these ridiculously painful. If they didn't hurt the top of your ears they'd be fine, but not making it through a guild run without pain is a deal-breaker.
Pros:
  • Logitech
  • durable
  • connectors
  • mic works well
Cons:
  • Hurt the tops of my ears too bad to use

Logitech G330 Gaming Headset

This a starter range, beginner, entry-level gaming headset for gamers who want an average sound with a pretty good microphone but best of all, a really lightweight and colorful design. First, I'm going to talk about the fit for these headphones. It features an adjustable headband.

Let Down

I have an old pair of Logitech under the ear headphones I have been using for gaming for years now, and they work incredibly better than these brand new ones. Everything on these new ones sounds muffled, the voice transmission to others, and the sound coming through the speakers.

Good While it last

I used to swear by Logitech but after having several expensive mice die and now this. I will never buy another product from them again. I will only buy from companies that stand by their products, not companies that know their products are going to die in a year or two.
Pros:
  • Comfortable and nice easy to use
  • It doesn't require any drivers just plug and play
Cons:
  • Microphone started acting weird and stopped working after one year
  • I received this item a a xmas gift from spouse in 2012
  • She didn't purchase online so she doesn't have the receipt
  • Contacted Logitech support and they said they need the receipt because the S/N said they were made in 2008.
