I purchased this game with my new vita. I enjoy playing the game but I got board of it very quickly as I am an older gamer and I tend to lean towards action games. Although, I still tend to find myself playing it from time to time as some of the levels are very enjoyable.
A very fun little game that showcases the Vita's hardware. Though there are a few stinkers in here, most of the games are actually very fun.
The game is overall good. The UI is kind of difficult to use, but the game itself is great because there is a variety of ways to play. The touch and tilt is very responsive.
Graphics; Many ways to play; Addicting; Very Responsive Features
Bad UI
This game is really more of a tech demo than an actual game. It's a collection of a few mini-games demonstrating the various controls of the Vita system. I personally had fun playing this and the price is right now for what you get.
I'd first like to mention that this is my first Playstation Vita game review and it actually has me pretty excited. Why? Well, because it marks the start of many new games to review on a fascinating new console.
Little Deviants is basically a collection of short games (most are to long to really call mini-games) that utilise the many different features of the PS Vita. Some of these mini-games are more involved, and more enjoyable than others, but none really offer any long term appeal.
Well-meaning and well-executed to a point, but it swims at the shallow end of the pool. Little Deviants is a game to play with rose-tinted launch goggles firmly on your face
Takes advantage of the Vita's new control schemes; A real mix of mini-games
As hit-and-miss as a BBC1 sketch show; Nothing to come back to after the initial 'Wow!
This collection of thirty minigames is aiming to tempt gamers as a launch purchase as it utilises all of the Vita's functions. Except the analogue sticks. And the face buttons. In fact, were one to produce a running audio commentary on the playing styles stuffed into this game, an eavesdropper might...
Some games work very well; Challenging online friends' scores has potential; Lasts ages on a battery charge
Some of the 30 games are remixes; You want HOW many points for Gold; Some games ask too much from the controls
It feels like the opinions on mini-game compilations have changed over the past few years. What started out as something fun soon descended into the banal as the market became saturated with games that only seemed to exist to make a quick buck.
Takes full advantage of the Vita's control methods; Looks good; Some very addictive mini-games; Challenging friends can be extremely competitive
Getting gold medals will be an arduous task; You see everything far too quickly
