So I've used the product now 2 weeks. It comes with instructions on how to put it on and take it off. I ordered the product one day and it was delivered the following day (massive thumbs up for that). The rubber sides are perfect for gripping and holding the phone. The reason for only 4 stars and not 5 is because although it protects the phone the screen and camera lense are still exposed to the elements. The case does however, because of its size, even the phones back to the camera lens so it sticks out further then the lens (hope that makes sense).
