First impressions are often correct. As such, a quick glance through the Lexmark's X5470 impressive-looking feature list and specifications might have you scurrying for your credit card.
Pros:
- Clever paper auto-sensing
- It is cheap
Cons:
- Wonky printing
- Smudging
- Poor photo quality prints
- Slow print speeds

X5470 Review
The Lexmark X5470 is an extremely affordable, all-in-one, inkjet printer that includes some surprising features – a built-in colour fax machine and sheet-fed copier – not expected in bargain-basement models.
Pros:
- Built-in colour fax
- inexpensive
- automatic document feeder
- included media card reader
Cons:
- Must swap cartridges for photo printing
- no individual ink cartridges
- no preview LCD
- software is inflexible
- slow
- lines appear in some images

Don't buy this printer !!
We brought this printer about year and half ago from asda for around ￡60 which we thought was a bargain, as there where so many different features including colour printing black and white printing ,fax machine, sd memory card slot for printing your pictures of, scanner, photo copiers etc.

The Lexmark X5470 cuts some corners to achieve its exceptionally low $100 price tag (as of 10/25/06), but it still packs a remarkable set of features
