Perfect buy, Great fit for business
320GB 7,200rpm hard drive, 4GB of DDR3 RAM, new Intel Sandy Bridge Core i5 processor, an IPS display, and a six-cell battery. Pretty much the same look as early X series, powerful internal and integrated units, incredibly light, just 3.6 pounds including its 6-cell battery.
Pros:
- Reliability

Lenovo ThinkPad X220
The best ultraportable hardware available today. Apple's MacBook Air and Toshiba's Portege 835 are the only real competition, but the X220 has better battery options, a better keyboard and the ONLY IPS screen in the class.
Pros:
- Light weight
- sturdy construction
- TRACKPOINT and THINKPAD KEYBOARD
- IPS screen
- nothing else compares
Cons:
- Expensive
- thick profile (1.2" thick)
- 1366X768 resolution lacks vertical pixels (prefer 16X10

A great purchase for my x220 laptap -- easy to dock -- lots of USB ports.

I've had my x220, though with an Intel SSD, for over a year now, and it's been great. Professional enough to take to mettings, and lasts a long time on battery life. Great build quality.
Pros:
- Small
- Professional
Cons:
- Sometimes too Small

Only one flaw; no HDMI video. Nicely built, lots of features, no loud fan.
Tired of slow computers, and I got my wife a Macbook Air. It does everything very fast. YouTube videos start instantly, and HD never shudders or stalls. When the little PC on the TV died, didn't want to spend that much, and Macs don't have HDMI plugs. Bought this one for the TV. Guess what?

Cant go wrong with an i7
powerful laptop for an MIS/ IT student, but alittle on the small size, which may be a pro for some or a con for others, for the price i paid i couldnt resist, great laptop, although the touch screen function isnt so useful in the real world, the non table version i preferred imo
