Lenovo ThinkPad X220 review – adored for a bunch of reasons
The X220 is a very serious contender on the ultraportable market, as it packs great processing power in a very small package. The design is mostly great, with a fantastic keyboard and good touch pad, although the palm rest is a little small.

Lenovo ThinkPad X220
In the end of our review let's see how the tablet performed overall. The second-generation Intel Core i5 processor was powerful and speedy when we tested the device and the 6-cell 63Wh battery lasted almost 5 hours and a half.

ThinkPad X220
Admit it, when you look at the picture above, all you really see is a laptop with a design that hasn't changed much in the last ten years. Pros:
- Extremely comfortable keyboard
- Superb battery life
- Great performance
Cons:
- Clickpad can be a bit wonky
- Design may feel outdated to some
- Can get pricey with configuration options

Lenovo ThinkPad X220 – For business users
Lenovo ThinkPad X220 has a 12.5 inch screen and it is smaller than a 13 inch notebook but still bigger than a 11 inch system. The resolution of 1,366x768 pixels was expected on this screen size and it is the same that you get on all 11 to 13 inch laptops these days.

Lenovo ThinkPad X220 Ultraportable Notebook Review
Although ThinkPad keyboard's reputation is legendary, in recent years chiclet-style keys have become the norm for some, including myself. I would have also preferred a slightly modified layout (swapping the Fn / Ctrl keys), but I understand this ultimately boils down to preference.
